TOPICS: How to Grade Honey, Jack’s Scale and using a Refractometer
The meeting had 36 members present. Thanks to all who participated in the honey competition. It was a great overview of local area honey quality, flavour and colour. Thanks to Bob Crowhurst for organizing the event. It was a great sharing, learning and downright fun event.
